Terms of Use and Regulations – ArtClip Studio by “Tevorach Minashim”

1. General

1.1. This website (hereinafter: the “Website”) operates as an online store for the sale of artworks, books, media products, epoxy tables, and related products (hereinafter: the “Products”) created and marketed by “Tevorach Minashim” (hereinafter: the “Studio”).

1.2. These Terms of Use apply to any use of and/or purchase made through the Website and constitute the legal basis for the engagement between the parties. Browsing the Website and/or purchasing a Product constitutes your agreement to accept and act in accordance with these Terms.

2. Nature of the Products and Handcrafted Work

2.1. The Products offered by the Studio are handmade artworks. Therefore, minor variations may occur between the images displayed on the Website and the actual Product.

2.2. Color Variations:
The Studio makes every effort to accurately present the colors of the artworks. However, slight color differences may occur due to display settings on different screens (computer/mobile) and lighting conditions. Reasonable color variations shall not be considered a defect or non-conformity.

2.3. Natural Materials:
Products incorporating natural wood and epoxy may include wood knots, texture variations, or tiny air bubbles in the epoxy. These are natural characteristics of handcrafted work and raw materials and do not constitute defects.

3. Supply and Shipping

3.1. Delivery times vary depending on the type of Product and will be specified on the order page.

3.2. Delivery Acceptance and Insurance Policy (Mandatory Reading):
The Studio fully insures Products (such as tables and high-value artworks) during shipment. In order to activate the insurance in the event of damage, the customer must strictly follow the instructions below:

  • Inspect the external packaging immediately upon receipt from the courier.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Documentation: For fragile and/or high-value Products, the customer is required to record a continuous video of the unboxing process, from the moment of receipt until the Product is fully revealed.

  • Claims for breakage or shipping damage will be accepted only if accompanied by video documentation proving that the Product arrived damaged. Without such documentation, shipping damage claims and insurance coverage cannot be honored.

4. Cancellation, Returns, and Modifications Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, cancellation policies vary depending on the type of Product:

4.1. Cancellation of “Off-the-Shelf” Products (Existing Artworks)

  • The transaction may be canceled within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product, provided it has not been used and is returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

  • Security Seal: Artworks are shipped with a security seal/tamper tape. Removal or damage to the seal constitutes evidence of use and voids the right of return.

  • Cancellation Fees: In the event of cancellation not due to a defect, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 ILS (whichever is lower), plus shipping costs.

4.2. Custom-Made Products – No Right of Return

Products manufactured specifically for the customer (such as custom-sized paintings or personalized tables) cannot be canceled or returned once production has begun.

4.3. Products Eligible for Duplication, Recording, or Copying (Books and Media)

In accordance with the law, products that can be recorded, duplicated, or copied may not be returned or exchanged once their original packaging has been opened.

This clause applies to: books, booklets, and USB flash drives containing music and/or video files.

Opening the shrink wrap or breaking the sealing sticker is considered opening the original packaging and voids the right of return.

5. Warranty and Assembly (Tables and Furniture)

5.1. Product Quality Warranty

The Studio provides a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery to the customer.

Scope of Warranty:
The warranty covers only substantial manufacturing defects discovered during reasonable use (such as material separation, abnormal air bubbles not originally present, or connection failures).

Warranty Exclusions:

  • The warranty does not cover scratches, dents, breakage, or wear occurring after delivery.

  • The warranty does not cover natural changes in wood or epoxy color, nor hairline cracks caused by temperature or humidity changes (“wood movement”), as these are natural material characteristics.

  • The warranty becomes void immediately in cases of improper use, exposure to direct sunlight or extreme heat, or negligent assembly contrary to instructions.

5.2. Self-Assembly Responsibility

Warning: Assembly must be performed manually only. The use of electric or impact screwdrivers is strictly prohibited, as they may crack the epoxy/wood or damage glued components (such as shells, crystal stones, pearls, etc.).

Any damage caused by negligent assembly or excessive force is not covered by the warranty.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All copyrights and intellectual property rights on the Website, including artworks, books, music, images, and texts, are the exclusive property of the Studio.

6.2. Purchasing an original artwork or digital file grants the customer a license for private use only. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or making any commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.
